Project ADAM
Project ADAM (Adaptive Data AI Management) is USA Telecom Consulting LLC’s proprietary AI-driven compliance and network-intelligence platform.
Purpose
It provides government and enterprise clients with a single, modular system to monitor, analyze, and secure IT and telecom environments in real time while maintaining CMMC, FedRAMP, and NIST alignment.

Architecture
Multi-tenant, token-metered SaaS built in Zoho Creator, Replit sandbox, and Azure production environments.
Supports modular add-ons: IL4+ hosting (DataBank/Azure), digital agents, penetration-testing SaaS, and bandwidth integrations (Comcast, Nitel, Lumen).
Uses Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), per-tenant data segregation, and audit logging.
Designed to scale toward OpenAI API, ChatGPT Enterprise, or open-source models as investment grows.
